Equity Reformer Studio is a boutique style Pilates fitness center. Our reformer sessions are Pilates based with an athletic twist. There is no zen here. If you want to increase flexibility, gain strength, improve mobility, identify imbalances and have a great all over body workout, this is the studio for you.

She became a fitness instructor certified in many different fields and then a personal trainer helping people one on one. She has been teaching mat and reformer Pilates for over 25 years and is here at Equity since inception!

I specialize in rehabilitation and strength training, functional fitness and mobility, helping clients enhance their everyday activities and improve their overall well being.
I prioritize form and technique to ensure clients can safely progress toward their goals and avoid injuries. Pilates and physical therapy share foundational goals, such as enhancing movement, improving strength, and promoting flexibility.
